Boyle Scouts Re-Union

On Saturday 1st June The Railway Bar will host a gathering of former Scouts, Ventures and Leaders from 8.00pm.

Music, BBQ and a Camp Fire will all be provided. Memories, Stories and Songs from various Camps including Rossnowlagh, Ballintrillick, Kanderstag, Kinnity, Lough Keel, Louisburgh, Paris, Cycle Tour of Brittany, Temple House in Ballymote, Achill Island, Larch Hill and many, many more. Not forgetting either the infamous Scout Bus and the dreaded ‘toilet duty’. We will have many old photographs on display from down the years and all attending are encouraged to also bring their own to share on the night.

Everyone is welcome to attend, current and ex-Leaders, past members and ex-committee members.

Our recently developed Scout Den will be open from 7.30pm to 8.30pm for all who would like to have a look around at what has changed or indeed what still may not have changed!

We will be holding a mini raffle on the night with proceeds going to Boyle Scouts Den Development.

Contact Eddie Conroy (086 2574257) (econroy@trojan.ie) for more details.

*** Please note this is an Over 18s event ***
